You & Me
I believe every person is worthy of being seen, known and deeply understood—my hope is that from our very first session together, you will experience that.
Counseling will look slightly different depending on if you are coming as an individual or couple. The foundation of my approach is rooted in attachment science and family systems, with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). You can expect me to hold an inviting, therapeutic space for you to experience security, connection and belonging with compassion and grace. We will work collaboratively toward healing and a more fulfilling, healthful and intentional way of living.
____________
Our patterns (thoughts, feelings, and ways of interacting with ourselves and others) serve a purpose. They have motivations. They hold meanings. From these meanings, we build a story about our lives. Our patterns show up in family dynamics, important relationships and the experiences both in our past and present. Sometimes, we get stuck in our patterns, especially when we are experiencing anxiety, a difficult life transition, depression or conflict in relationship.
____________
Call for a 15 minute free consultation to ask any questions about my individual, couples or family therapy practices or discuss what counseling might look like for your situation. I offer both in-person and online therapy. Online therapy allows me to work beyond the limits of Spokane, serving clients located throughout Washington State. I am supervised by Ronda Evans Washington / LF60618799.
